Unbeatable location near two of the main Zermatt ski lifts. Adjacent to the train station, food market, tourist facilities, restaurants, and nightlife. Stylish rooms with a balcony.

Clean place with great view of the mountains. A nice size and reasonably priced room, had a really good stay during Christmas vacation. Perfectly comfortable location, not too far from Hohbalmen.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would stay there again. Had very good stay during Christmas vacation. The breakfast was great with fruit, the usual cereals, yogurts to choose from.

Location: the hotel was near to two out of three main Zermatt ski lifts and super close to the free ski bus station, Zermatt train station and Matterhorn. Furthermore, to the funicular. It was surely a great stay during Christmas vacation.

The hotel is my top pick in Zermatt. The breakfast offers a variety of options like fresh bread and cheese slices. The bed is comfortable, and the room is beautifully decorated. The staff is extremely friendly, efficient, and always smiling. The location is wonderfully situated near a stunning mountain, the ski area, bus station, food stores, and cafes.

The hotel was fairly cleanwith modern interior and nestled in a lovely building. The staff were helpful and top-class when we arrived. Comfortable location, a train station was close to the property.

The location here is great, really close to the Ski Lift. I loved waking up to fresh bread and cheese each morning 🥐🧀. The staff was super helpful all the way from check-in to check-out.

the staff were ready to help with any questions. i had a superior queen room included with a sofabed and view of the matterhorn, for example.

The location was marvellous, just off train station, food market as well as the Zermatt centre, and had pleasant views. There was Country Bar, located nearby, where we relaxed.

Some of the staff were noisy.

Convenient location near ski lifts, supermarket, and restaurants. Spacious and stylish rooms with a modern bathroom. Enjoyed the grand shower and the breakfast had everything needed. The hotel staff was helpful and arranged taxis. Would recommend this hotel for its value and great amenities. a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located and comfortable. The only thing missing is a lounge/Bar

The price is quite high, but for Zermatt it's actually seems to be cheap.

We enjoyed the homely feel of this small hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were fantastic, including the jacuzzi in our room. The location was perfect, away from the main street yet easily accessible and near to the train station. The staff, particularly Tamara, were helpful and kind, adding an extra bed for us and allowing a late checkout.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Close to the train station and the supermarket migros. Nice staff at breakfast room and reception.

Could not enjoy the view of Matterhorn from the balcony although it faces south; the view is somehow blocked by a tall tree, and a building in the front. Not hot enough water in the shower.
