The hotel is ideal and clean. The room is tastefully decorated. There are great views of the valley. The staff are really helpful. The venue is set in a central location, a short walk to Zermatt train station, the supermarket, and the Sunnegga ski area. It is 10 minutes walk away from Ski Lift Zermatt. The services are good, including a heated pool. It has great wifi for surfing the net.
